Paper on AI generated object stimuli accepted in Behavior Research Methods!

We are pleased to share that our paper on the development of an AI-generated real-world object stimuli set has been accepted in Behavior Research Methods.

We used Generative AI to create a set of 200 real-world object images for use in research.

The stimuli are:

  • Validated for nameability, realism and familiarity in younger (18-35) and older (65-85) adults
  • Available in 7 different colours, and suitable for rendering in other colours
  • Suitable for embedding in virtual scenes

You can find the paper here

The stimuli set and accompanying data are available here
